Return Policy – VICAN BEARINGS LLC

At VICAN BEARINGS LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days from the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused and in its original condition;

  • Must include all original packaging, documentation, parts, and accessories;

  • Must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Accepted Reasons for Return

  • Defective or damaged item due to manufacturing error;

  • Incorrect item received;

  • Customer changes their mind (except for shipments outside United States);

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or special-order products (i.e. Carbon Drag Washers);

  • Used, installed, or damaged items due to improper handling;

  • Products returned beyond the 14-day period.

  • Shipments made outside United States.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email support@vicanbearings.com with the following details:

  • Order number;

  • Full name and contact information;

  • Reason for return;

  • Photos of the item (if applicable).

Our support team will provide you with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if approved.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping is covered by VICAN BEARINGS LLC.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s changing their mind or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Carrier Delays: We do not take responsibility for delays caused by carriers. Once the package is in transit, we cannot control the delivery timeline inside or outside the United States.

7. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

In the event of a return, it is essential that the returned item is in accordance with the original condition in which it was sent. If it is determined that the returned item does not match what was sent by our company, the purchase refund will not be issued. Furthermore, if the customer wishes to receive the product back, all shipping costs for its return will be the responsibility of the customer.
