VICAN CARBON DRAG BRAKE DISC – CUSTOM KIT

This product contains one (1) VICAN CARBON DRAG brake disc kit, with 1 to 5 pieces. The discs are made of carbon fiber using HIGH CARBON BRAKE technology.

How to order

1. Provide the quantity of discs

2. Provide the brand/model of the equipment

3. Provide the disc measurements in millimeters following the example:

Disc 1: 8x23x1
Disc 2: 12x27x0.7
Disc 3: 12x24.5x0.5

Input format: (8x23x1 / 12x27x0.7 / 12x24.5x0.5)

• This product is limited to discs with an external diameter of up to 40 mm. For larger discs, request a quote via WhatsApp.

VICAN Carbon Drag kits vary in quantity and dimensions according to each equipment model.

• For thicker discs (greater thickness), a thin layer of fiberglass may be used to provide additional rigidity and support between the carbon fiber surfaces.

Application and care

VICAN Carbon Drag washers can operate dry. Using a small amount of lubricant is optional. If a smoother line release is desired, we recommend VICAN Ultra Shield grease, as it is a high-performance, low-viscosity, Teflon-based grease.

• Be mindful of the amount applied, as excessive lubricant can impair proper friction between the discs.
