International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to many countries around the world. If shipping is available to your destination at checkout, it means we can deliver to your country.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance procedures.

We currently ship international orders using USPS. All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided by email once your order is dispatched. You can also check your tracking information through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
We ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms, meaning the buyer is responsible for all import costs once the order arrives in the destination country.

If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the cost of return shipping and any associated fees will be deducted from your refund. If you wish to have your order resent, the reshipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Restricted or Prohibited Items

Certain products may be restricted or prohibited for import in some countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the purchased products comply with local import regulations.

Shipping Insurance and Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier to file a claim if necessary.
